Happy Weekend




-Spend time with those you love, and who love you.

Sit still.  Really still, and listen to what they have to say.  Not just with your head, but with your heart.



-Bring some fresh flowers into your kitchen.


-Go for a long walk by yourself.  Take slow deep breaths.  Purposefully long, deep, breaths.

Give yourself permission to stop needing to be right all the time.

Just. Stop. It.

Your probably more  wrong then you think you are.  No.  Really.  Besides, it's less stressful.  And we all need less stress.

-Read A Good Book.



-Stop living other peoples lives for them.  Truth is, your heart hurts because, they don't need you, as much as you need them.




-See That Movie You've Heard So Much About.  It's probably really good and worth the $8.50.

-Stop being a trouble maker.  Yeah, you know who you are.  And the thing is, so does everyone else.  You've probably been making trouble since first grade.  Your the kind of person who puts stuff out there hoping someone will bite... and someone always does.  Then you sit back and watch as trouble unfolds.

Maybe your husband, mother, or family are too afraid to tell you, but...

Your not in 1st grade anymore.

Be an adult.

Stop making trouble for those around you that you call family, and start making friends instead.

Make yourself a cup of hot tea.  Find a quiet spot.  Sit.  Close your eyes for a moment. Be honest with yourself.

Really honest.

Tears coming to your eyes, honest.

Let go.

Feel better.

Now, go enjoy your weekend.  :)
