Prom Is Right Around The Corner...

Katie will soon be going to prom with her boyfriend, Timothy. He graduates this year, and she has been getting a bit excited, and a little nervous because she hadn't gotten her prom dress until just recently.

I found these prom dresses from the 50's  (click here, flickr ) and fell in love with them...

In some ways, I would love to see Kate in one of these... but I know she will be just stunning in the one she has chosen.  Even though styles have changed dramatically since the 50's, a young girls heart for her sweet boyfriend, and the excitement of prom night with him, have not.

And really, isn't that what its all about.
